Kianna Nelson Ureña, BSN, RN

Clinical Director of Aesthetics and Injector

Kianna is a certified aesthetic nurse injector deeply dedicated to nursing excellence and transformative aesthetics. 

After obtaining her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, her journey in nursing began at Holy Family Hospital and Lawrence General Hospital. Kianna pivoted to the world of aesthetics, combining her passions for patient care and creativity by boosting the confidence of her clients with world-class beauty enhancements and skin care. 

Kianna’s nuanced understanding of different skin types and mastery of cutting-edge techniques, including injectables, lasers, and more, distinguish her as a sought-after professional in the field. Her technical expertise, combined with a gentle touch and attention to detail, enables her to deliver personalized, transformative results to her clients while maintaining and enhancing each client's natural beauty. 

Kianna enjoys traveling with her husband and reading romance novels. She runs on coffee and cannot function without a clean, fresh manicure.

Victoria Cooper

Operations Manager

Victoria is a Lowell native with a decade of experience working in the skincare industry. Bringing a broad knowledge of aesthetic procedures through formal education and experience in the field, Victoria loves to share her lifelong passion for skin health and advancements in aesthetic medicine. When she is not indulging in her passion for skincare, you can find her biking and hiking the mountains of Vermont with her husband and three children.

Andrew Romanowsky, MD

Andrew, a proud native of Lowell, Massachusetts, cherishes his upbringing in a vibrant neighborhood filled with adventures. With fond memories of his tight-knit community, he attributes much of his character to the influence of his family, friends, teachers, and coaches. Spending cherished moments with his grandparents, he absorbed stories of Lowell's rich history, including his great grandfather's contributions to building iconic landmarks.

After graduating from Lowell High School, Andrew pursued his passion for medicine, earning his undergraduate degree from Boston College and attending Tufts Medical School. Following completion of his Internal Medicine residency in Portland, Maine, he returned to Lowell to serve his community. Initially working alongside his father, Andrew now collaborates with talented physician assistants, finding joy in providing care.

Outside of medicine, Andrew prioritizes family time, embracing the active lifestyle of his four children. With a love for the outdoors and cycling, he enjoys exploring Maine with his wife. Andrew's enthusiasm for life is evident in his dedication to both his profession and his personal pursuits.
